Identifies the affected projects as the Canadian River, Palmetto Bend, and Nueces River Reclamation projects. Provides that the assumption of Federal nonreimbursable responsibility by the contracting party is in compliance with the National Environmental Policy Act of 1969 and project purchase review shall not be required. 2025-08-21T20:16:24Z
