[R-UT-1] UT R H000172 2 Amends the Central Utah Project Completion Act to direct the Secretary of the Interior to permit the prepayment of repayment contracts between the United States and the Central Utah Water Conservancy District dated December 28, 1965, and supplemented on November 26, 1985, for the repayment of municipal and industrial water delivery facilities under similar terms and conditions as contained in the supplemental contract providing for the prepayment of the Jordan Aqueduct System dated October 28, 1993. Allows such prepayment to be provided in several installments. Prohibits any adjustment on the basis of the type of prepayment financing utilized by the District. Requires the District to exercise its right to such prepayment by the end of FY 2002. 2026-03-24T12:48:03Z
