Anthony) and place it in the Rotunda of the Capitol for one year at which time it, along with an appropriate educational display, shall be moved to a permanent site and an alternative statue shall be placed in the Rotunda; and (2) make all necessary arrangements for a rededication ceremony of the Monument in the Rotunda in conjunction with the Woman Suffrage Statue Campaign. Establishes a commission to: (1) select the permanent site; (2) plan and develop the educational display that described some of the most dramatic events of the suffragettes' lives; and (3) select the alternative statue to commemorate the struggle of women in America for equal rights.
