Prohibits such grant from being used to fund more than 66.6 percent of the costs of such restoration. Authorizes appropriations. Authorizes the Secretary, after restoration is completed, to: (1) enter into an agreement with Philadelphia for the lease of the Square to the National Park Service; (2) modify the Park's boundaries to include the Square; and (3) provide for the administration of the Square as part of the Park. 2026-03-24T12:48:03Z
