Applies such extension to food products contained in a package for which the label was printed before May 8, 1994 (or before August 8, 1994, in the case of juice or milk food products if the person responsible for labeling exercised due diligence in obtaining labels which comply before such date), if, before June 15, 1994, the person introducing or delivering the food product for introduction into interstate commerce certifies to the Secretary of Health and Human Services that such requirements will be complied with after August 8, 1994. 2025-04-21T12:24:17Z
