Prohibits any action against an employee or applicant in response to a charge or allegation of sexual harassment or participation in an investigation. Provides for enforcement by the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, the Attorney General, or an aggrieved party. Allows compensatory and punitive damages, with limitations.
