[D-SD] SD D D000064 0 Amends the Mount Rushmore Commemorative Coin Act to require the first $18.75 million in surcharges received from coin sales during FY 1994 to be paid to the Secretary of the Mount Rushmore National Memorial Society of Black Hills to assist efforts to improve the Memorial and the remainder to be returned to the Treasury for purposes of reducing the national debt. Requires any surcharges received from such coin sales and paid into the Treasury for deficit reduction before enactment of this Act to be paid out of the Treasury to the extent necessary to comply with this Act regarding efforts to improve the Memorial. Requires such amounts to be paid out of unappropriated funds. 2024-02-06T19:38:08Z
