Repeals: (1) emissions standards for nitrogen oxides from heavy duty trucks for model years after 1997; (2) specified emissions standards for light-duty trucks for model years after 1995; and (3) requirements for a study on whether further reductions in emissions from light-duty vehicles are necessary. 2024-02-05T14:30:09Z
