[D-NJ-2] NJ D H000930 0 Amends the Federal judicial code to provide that the original jurisdiction of the district courts may not be invoked based on diversity of citizenship if all plaintiffs joined in the complaint are citizens of the State in which the district court in which the suit is filed is located. Deems: (1) the District of Wyoming to be located solely within the State of Wyoming; and (2) the portions of Yellowstone National Park situated in Montana or Idaho to be located in the District of Montana or the District of Idaho, respectively. 2025-01-16T12:12:20Z
