[R-NJ-11] NJ R G000025 31 Health Care Reform Job Preservation Act - Requires the Director of the Office of Management and Budget and the Director of the Congressional Budget Office each to study and report to the Congress and the President on the effect of any comprehensive health care reform legislation passed by the 103d Congress on: (1) job loss and gain; (2) shifts to jobs requiring lesser levels of education or skill; (3) shifts from full-time to part-time employment; and (4) decrease in wages or salaries. Provides that any such comprehensive health care reform legislation shall not take effect until such job impact reports are completed and the President submits to the Congress written notification that the President has reviewed the reports and knows of any job losses and shifts in types of available jobs the reports may predict. 2026-03-23T12:41:21Z
