Directs the Secretary of the Interior to sell or otherwise dispose of: (1) all facilities, equipment, and real or personal property held for activities under such Act; and (2) all helium reserves held by the United States other than those required for specific immediate needs. Requires sale proceeds to be used solely to reduce outstanding Federal debt. 2025-01-02T17:24:19Z
