Urges: (1) the Administration to more actively engage the United States as a full partner in the negotiating process and, in cooperation with the world community through relevant international financial institutions, to provide aid to facilitate the establishment of Palestinian self-government in the Gaza Strip and Jericho area; and (2) Israel and the PLO to move quickly to implement the provisions of the Declaration of Principles on Interim Self-Government Arrangements to get to final status issues and issues of common interest according to the timetable stipulated in such Declaration. 2024-02-07T11:38:03Z
