Amends the Child Nutrition Act of 1966 to revise provisions for allocation of funds for grants to public entities and private nonprofit organizations participating under such projects for homeless children's food services under NSLA, as well as provisions for allocation of certain returned funds. 2025-08-26T15:16:34Z
