Requires such agreements to: (1) provide for public access to the site through conducted tours; and (2) prohibit an alteration of the site that is not consistent with the preservation and public use plan required to be prepared by the owner or operator as a condition of entering into the agreement. Subjects the plan to the Secretary's approval. Authorizes appropriations. 2026-03-24T12:48:03Z
