[D-MA] MA D K000105 1 Public Health Service Act Technical Amendments Act - Makes technical amendments to the Public Health Service Act (PHSA), as amended by P.L. 102-321 (ADAMHA Reorganization Act). Amends the PHSA to direct the Secretary of Health and Human Services to require (currently, directs the Secretary of Health and Human Services, by regulation, to require) appropriate peer review of grants, cooperative agreements, and contracts to be administered through the Center for Substance Abuse Treatment, the Center for Substance Abuse Prevention, and the Center for Mental Health Services. Modifies formulas for determining the amount of (and minimum) allotments to territories for block grants for community mental health services. Changes requirements regarding data provided to the Secretary as a condition for such block grants. Revises requirements regarding reallotments of unpaid portions of alcohol and drug abuse and mental health services block grant allotments for fiscal year 1992. 2024-02-05T14:30:09Z
