Warner, John [R-VA] VA R W000154 1 Authorizes the Secretary of the Interior to convey certain portions of roads within the boundaries of the Shenandoah National Park to the Commonwealth of Virginia subject to the following conditions: (1) such conveyance shall be limited to the roads as they exist on the enactment of this Act; and (2) if any road conveyed under this Act is no longer used as a public roadway, all rights, title, and interest in it shall revert to the United States. Authorizes the Secretary to transfer to the Secretary of the Treasury certain land located in Shenandoah National Park for use by the U.S. Customs Service as a detector dog training center under the following conditions: (1) an agreement to transfer such lands shall include provisions for the protection of the Park; and (2) such transfer may be made without consideration or reimbursement. 2026-03-24T12:48:03Z
