Biden, Joseph R., Jr. [D-DE] DE D B000444 0 National Security Budget Priorities Act of 1992 - Amends the Congressional Budget Act of 1974 to require Congress to complete action on or before March 31 of each year on a concurrent resolution establishing the national security budget. Requires the resolution to set appropriate levels for the fiscal year beginning on October 1 of such year and planning levels for each of the two ensuing fiscal years for total new budget authority, budget outlays, direct loan obligations, and primary loan guarantee commitments for the national security discretionary spending category and the domestic discretionary spending category. Limits debate on such resolution to ten hours. Requires the concurrent resolution on the budget to be consistent with the national security budget. 2025-08-26T15:16:37Z
