Requires such individuals to pay a housing loan origination fee of: (1) two percent of the total loan amount if no down payment is made; (2) 1.5 percent if a down payment of at least five percent of the total loan amount is made; and (3) 1.25 percent if a down payment of ten percent or more is made. 2025-01-14T17:02:09Z
