Directs the Secretary of Labor to establish for such workers programs similar to ones under the Trade Act of 1974 for: (1) readjustment allowances; (2) job training and related services; and (3) job search and relocation allowances. Authorizes appropriations. Requires the Department of Energy to provide local impact assistance to such communities and coordinate this with other specified Federal programs. Authorizes appropriations. Directs the Department of Energy to study and recommend ways in which the Nevada Test Site may be used for purposes other than nuclear weapons testing. Prohibits such study from considering the storage of nuclear waste. Authorizes appropriations. 2026-03-24T12:48:03Z
