Establishes the Advisory Committee on Federal Participation in the Advanced Technology Capital Consortium. Limits to a specified percentage of the total asset value of a company the aggregate amount of loans and investments by the ATCC to that company. Authorizes appropriations. 2025-08-26T15:15:22Z
