Makes the Secretary of the Interior, acting through the Bureau of Indian Affairs, responsible for maintenance, repair, and replacement of the underground drainage system upon its completion. Requires the Secretary of the Army to construct such drainage system to correct the high groundwater problem at the dam. Authorizes appropriations. 2025-06-20T19:33:16Z
