Zimmer, Dick [R-NJ-12] NJ R Z000008 0 Amends the Federal criminal code to provide that anyone at least 18 years of age who uses a child to commit, or to assist in avoiding detection or apprehension for a Federal offense, shall: (1) after a previous conviction for such an offense has become final, be subject to three times the maximum imprisonment and three times the maximum fine otherwise provided for the Federal offense in which the child is used; and (2) in any other case, be subject to twice the maximum imprisonment and twice the maximum fine for such offense. 2021-06-02T15:12:14Z
