Requires the Secretary of the Interior to: (1) acquire lands or interests in land within such boundaries; (2) develop and implement a land acquisition plan to address how and when such lands will be acquired; and (3) submit such plan to specified congressional committees. Authorizes appropriations. Designates such lands and the Headwaters Forest Wilderness in California as components of the National Wilderness Preservation System. 2025-08-26T15:15:46Z
