Unsoeld, Jolene [D-WA-3] WA D U000017 0 Authorizes the Secretary of the Interior to construct and operate an interpretive center at the Ridgefield National Wildlife Refuge in Clark County, Washington. Requires the Director of the United States Fish and Wildlife Service to engage in a public process to determine the center's design, costs, functions, and contribution opportunties. Requires the Secretary to report to the Congress within one year of enactment of this Act regarding the center's construction. Amends the Klamath River Basin Fishery Resources Restoration Act to require that if the Klamath River basin study is extended to include portions of the Klamath River in Oregon, the Task Force membership shall be increased to include: (1) an individual appointed by the Commissioners of Klamath County, Oregon; and (2) a representative of the Klamath Tribe appointed by the Tribe's governing body. 2025-01-14T17:12:38Z
