Amends Federal law relating to the Attorney General to establish in the Treasury the Health Care Fraud Forfeiture Fund. Makes the Fund available in the same manner as the Department of Justice Forfeiture Fund, to be used solely for the benefit of activities relating to Federal health care offenses.
