[D-TX-20] TX D G000272 0 Amends the Cranston-Gonzalez National Affordable Housing Act to reserve specified HOME investment partnerships assistance for Guam, the Northern Mariana Islands, the Virgin Islands, and American Samoa (insular areas). Grants an extension of time to Petersburg, Virginia, to submit a certain community development block grant final statement of objectives. Amends the Housing Act of 1949, with regard to rural low-income and elderly housing, to prohibit the Secretary of Agriculture from: (1) limiting a housing credit agency from requiring an owner to enter into a certain restrictive occupancy covenant in order to receive a low-income housing credit; or (2) restricting financing based upon such covenant. Grants an extension through June 1, 1992, to St. Charles Parish, Louisiana, to appeal a certain Federal Emergency Management Agency flood elevation determination. 2025-01-14T18:20:21Z
