Supports continued action by the President to deter Iraqi aggression and to protect American lives and interests in the region. Calls on all nations to strengthen the enforcement of the United Nations imposed sanctions against Iraq and to provide assistance for those adversely affected by such sanctions and to refugees fleeing Kuwait and Iraq. 2024-02-07T11:38:03Z
