Boschwitz, Rudy [R-MN] MN R B000647 0 Amends the Federal criminal code to include among those subject to penalties of up to 15 years' imprisonment, fines, or both, for operation of a common carrier under the influence of alcohol or drugs, individuals who operate or direct the operation of such carriers while having in their system: (1) a blood alcohol content of .02 percent or more; and (2) a quantity of alcohol or a controlled substance sufficient to impair the perception, mental processes, or motor functions of the average individual. Makes the provisions of this Act inapplicable to violations occurring before enactment of this Act. 2025-07-21T19:32:26Z
