Levin, Carl [D-MI] MI D L000261 1 Amends the Public Health Service Act to authorize the Secretary of Health and Human Services, through the Centers for Disease Control, to make grants and enter into contracts for the development, demonstration, and evaluation of methods for the screening, referral, and immunization of children up to six years old against vaccine-preventable diseases and for the dissemination of related information to health and allied health professionals. Directs the Secretary to use additional resources to implement projects to make more effective use of immunization grant resources to immunize at least 90 percent of all children by 24 months of age. Authorizes appropriations for immunization demonstration project grants and contracts under this Act. 2025-04-21T12:24:17Z
