(Current law requires the Secretary to provide for maintenance, security, information, interpretation, janitorial, and other necessary services for the nonperforming arts functions of the Center.) Requires the Secretary and the Board of Trustees for the Center to enter into an agreement setting forth mutual responsibilities for the provision of such services. Authorizes appropriations for FY 1991 and FY 1992 for annual and deferred maintenance, repairs, and alterations of the Center. 2025-01-14T17:12:38Z
