States that such study shall also assess the desirability of including any site or structure identified by this Act within the boundaries of the Jean Lafitte National Historical Park. Requires the Secretary to submit such study to specified congressional committees within one year after funds are made available. Establishes the Preservation of Jazz Advisory Commission to advise the Secretary in preparation of the feasibility study. Terminates the Commission after transmission of the report to the Congress. Authorizes appropriations. 2026-03-24T12:48:03Z
