Directs the Secretary of Energy to: (1) establish recommended primary inventory levels for such fuels before each winter heating season; (2) notify the Congress and State energy levels offices as to whether such levels will be met; and (3) report on the results of a study regarding the impact of interruptible natural gas contracts on the demand and supply of home heating oil and diesel fuel. 2026-03-24T12:48:03Z
