Saxton, Jim [R-NJ-13] NJ R S000097 1 Species Introduction and Control Act of 1990 - Prohibits any entity from introducing a fish or wildlife species into an ecosystem to which the species is not indigenous unless: (1) the entity submits a proposal to the Secretary of the Interior, through the Director of the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service; (2) the protocols and procedures of this Act are followed; and (3) the States likely to be affected approve. Directs the Secretary to develop protocols for evaluating proposed introductions, including specified steps. Sets forth procedures for submitting proposals.
