Potomac (the yacht owned by President Franklin Delano Roosevelt); (2) enter into a long-term lease of Roosevelt Pier; and (3) acquire title to and possession of the adjacent land area for an interpretive center. Requires the Secretary to submit a general management plan for the site to specified congressional committees. Authorizes appropriations. 2024-02-07T13:32:55Z
