Requires a Federal employee assigned to a position in the private sector under an executive exchange program required to be administered by the President's Commission on Executive Exchange to be treated as if on detail while assigned to the position in the private sector. Declares that an agreement providing for the assignment of an employee to a position in the private sector as a participant in such a program shall not be effective unless it provides that the private-sector employer agrees to reimburse the employee's agency for the basic pay of the employee attributable to the period of assignment. 2024-02-06T20:04:02Z
