Describes such veteran as one who: (1) has served on active duty for more than 180 days, or has been discharged or released from active duty for a service-connected disability; (2) has been involuntarily discharged or released (other than dishonorably) after September 30, 1990; (3) has not had a day of extended active duty during the 28-day period ending on the hiring date; and (4) is a member of an economically disadvantaged family. 2024-02-07T16:32:33Z
