Sets forth distance requirements applicable to the siting of radioactive waste disposal facilities near critical habitats of endangered and threatened species, wetlands, and important archaeological sites. Exempts from the provisions of this Act existing facilities in: Barnwell, South Carolina; Richland, Washington; and Beatty, Nevada. 2025-01-15T18:51:50Z
