Schroeder, Patricia [D-CO-1] CO D S000142 0 Infertility Prevention Demonstration Projects Act of 1990 - Amends the Public Health Service Act to authorize the Secretary of Health and Human Services to make grants for demonstration projects for the prevention and control of the sexually transmitted disease known as chlamydia, including by providing: (1) to women services relating to counseling, screening, treatment, referrals, follow-up, and outreach; and (2) public information and education and data collection. Requires that grantees be grant recipients under specified provisions that provide preventive gynecological health care. Prohibits charging for the services or information. Authorizes appropriations.
