Requires the President to appoint a Coordinator of Border Health and the Environment to operate such unit. Establishes an Advisory Committee on Border Health and the Environment. Requests the President to direct the Secretary to enter into negotiations with the Government of Mexico to encourage the appointment of a Coordinator of Border Health and the Environment in Mexico for purposes of developing joint solutions and prevention programs regarding health and environmental problems in the area adjacent to the U.S.-Mexican boundary. Authorizes appropriations. 2025-08-26T17:25:08Z
