Conditions such continuation on good faith progress regarding human rights in such country, including Tibet, and the engagement of negotiations regarding the settlement of the conflict in Cambodia. Suspends any extension of such treatment for the last half of a 12-month period if the President does not certify to the Congress before a certain date that such conditions are being met. 2024-02-07T16:32:33Z
