Includes as creditable service for purposes of Federal retirement provisions applicable to the Director, the Director of the Administrative Office of the United States Courts, and the Administrative Assistant to the Chief Justice any service as the principal administrative assistant to a Senator or Representative in the Congress or as the staff director or chief counsel of a Senate or House committee or subcommittee. 2025-01-16T12:12:20Z
