[D-OR-4] OR D D000191 3 War Powers Compliance Act of 1990 - Directs the President to report, within 48 hours after enactment of this resolution, to the Speaker of the House and the President pro tempore of the Senate on the continued use of U.S. armed forces in Saudi Arabia and the Persian Gulf region. Requires such report to set forth: (1) the size, and estimated duration of the use of, the force required in such region; (2) the President's goals for the continued use of the armed forces in such region; and (3) the steps the President is taking to secure greater military and economic participation by nations in the region, U.S. allies, and members of the United Nations Security Council to end the threat of Iraqi aggression. Deems such report to be a report submitted pursuant to the War Powers Resolution. 2025-08-26T17:28:11Z
