Amends the National Labor Relations Act to allow any State to request, by law, that the protection of such Act be extended to agricultural laborers employed within its boundaries. Directs the President to issue an order providing that agricultural laborers employed within such a State's boundaries be considered employees for purposes of such Act. Provides that such order shall: (1) be published in the Federal Register; (2) have the force of law; and (3) also be effective on the first day of the second calendar year commencing after its publication. | 2025-08-28T20:06:55Z |
