Armed Forces and National Security 1988-05-12 1988-09-20 Indefinitely postponed by Senate by Unanimous Consent. Senate Sen. Nunn, Sam [D-GA] GA D N000171 0 Amends the National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Years 1988 and 1989 to increase the amount of Department of Defense (DOD) authorizations for FY 1988 that are subject to transfer from $2,000,000 to $4,000,000.
