Provides the same time limitation exception, with respect to a veteran suffering from alcoholism, in the case of a veteran's eligibility for the following benefits: (1) veterans' training and rehabilitation assistance for veterans with service-connected disabilities; (2) post-Vietnam Era veterans' educational assistance; (3) veterans' educational assistance; and (4) survivors' and dependents' educational assistance. 2025-01-14T17:02:09Z
