Directs the Committee to establish coordination mechanisms in connection with specific intermarket activities, including planning, information systems, circuit breaker mechanisms, and margin requirements, and to initiate discussions at the international level regarding information exchanges and regulatory coordination. Directs the Committee to report its progress quarterly to the Congress.
