Prohibits, in furtherance of the Wild and Scenic Rivers Act, the construction of any dam on such portions of those rivers. Prohibits the FERC from issuing any permit, license, or exemption to any public or private entity relating to any hydroelectric power project located at Lake Tobesofkee in Bibb County, Georgia, without having obtained the prior consent of the governing body of Bibb County. 2025-04-23T11:41:33Z
