Requires such program to include research on: (1) the development of lower and upper limb devices; (2) useful applications of modern materials; and (3) new methods of utilizing body power. Allows such grants to include funds for: (1) continuing education in prosthetics and orthotics; and (2) establishing Colleges of Prosthetics and Orthotics.
