E9-4502 Agency Information Collection Activities: Proposed Collection; Comment Request Notice NARA is giving public notice that the agency proposes to request extension of a currently approved information collection, Financial Disclosure Report, Standard Form 714, which is required as a condition of access to specifically designated classified information along with a favorably adjudicated personnel security background investigation or reinvestigation that results in the granting or updating of a security clearance. Additionally, NARA proposes to make changes to the Standard Form 714 and the instructions to the form. Specific proposed changes will be provided upon request to NARA at the addresses provided below.
