This system of records contains information provided by applicants for Title IV, HEA Program assistance, on the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA). Among other purposes described in this notice, the information is maintained in order to determine an applicant's eligibility for the Federal student financial assistance programs authorized by Title IV of the HEA; make a loan, grant or scholarship, and verify the identity of the individual.
